"Great communication with support and was shipped on time."
I didn't read these reviews till after I ordered my Arturia Keylab mk2 and was worried something would happen. Well I received the keyboard on time with no delays despite corona and I thought that was going to be the end of the story.
However I found there were issues with my keyboard and immediately emailed support explaining my problem. They got back to me like 2 days later and we then we sent emails back and forth over the next few days while I was trying to solve what was wrong with my keyboard. When I requested a refund he sent me the label to cover the shipping and I was prepared to send it back.
In the end I solved the problem, it was a firmware issue with the keyboard and it wasn't fully compatible with my computer. Artuira are apparently working on a fix but in the meantime I got an audio interface and midi cables to play the keyboard on my computer with no issue.
I've let support know I won't be needing a refund anymore and thanked them for the emails and communication. My experience with DJcity was a very positive one and in stark contrast to others here saying to avoid online ordering and that they have no communication. I will be posting this review elsewhere as well because good behaviour like this needs to be rewarded.
