"Super easy speaker hire for my party"
I hired some speakers for the weekend and the whole thing was really straightforward. Pickup was easy, and the staff were super helpful without making it feel like some big, unnecessary hassle. Would definitely use them again.

I bought a controller from djcity and the quality is better than I expected. It feels solid and the buttons and knobs are all really nice no cheap feeling stuff. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues at all. Happy with it.

"Parking was easy even though I felt rushed"
I went to djcity.com.au to pick up some gear the easy parking took a lot of stress off me. I was feeling a bit pressured and in a hurry, so I was relieved to find a spot quickly and not have to walk far. The box was a little heavy too, so that definitely helped. Little things like that make a big difference. I’d happily go back again.

"Always seem to have what I need"
DJ City usually has the gear I’m looking for, even the random cables and stands I half expect nobody to stock. Their stock levels are clear too, so I don’t end up wasting time chasing things that aren’t there. it’s almost like they know exactly what I’m going to need before I do.

I was browsing for some DJ gear and kind of regret spending as much time on this site as I did. It just felt clunky from the start. Pages were slow to load, and the filters didn’t help much when I was trying to narrow things down by brand or price. The product details were there once I found them, but getting to that point wasn’t smooth at all. Using the cart and checkout on my phone was also more annoying than it needed to be. It’s not the worst shopping site I’ve used, but I definitely wish the experience had been easier.

I used my gift card on djcity.com.au and, surprisingly, it was actually really easy. The code went through at checkout without any fuss and the amount came off straight away. Not exactly a thrilling experience, but it did what it was meant to do, so I’d probably use one again.

The initial response took a bit longer than I would have liked, but once they replied, they were genuinely helpful and handled the situation properly. They didn’t make it complicated or turn it into a big hassle, and they kept me updated enough along the way. The response time could definitely be quicker, but overall the after-sales support was solid. I’d be happy to order from them again.

I bought some gear from DJ City and overall it was a smooth experience. The payment options were handy, especially being able to use finance instead of paying everything upfront. It was fairly simple to set up, though there were a couple of moments where I had to double-check the details. Checkout was quick and I didn’t run into any real issues. I’d be happy to use them again
